Raised in Charlottesville, Andy joined Zunka, Milnor & Carter, Ltd. after extensive practice with a prominent New England firm where he was a shareholder and director.  During his career as a litigator, Andy has successfully represented individuals, businesses, and institutions in various complex matters in state and federal courts.  His practice areas include commercial disputes, construction law, real estate and land use law, and first- and third-party insurance litigation and coverage issues.  During law school, Andy clerked for the Hon. Edward L. Hogshire in the City of Charlottesville Circuit Court.
